FTP is used to transfer files between your computer and our servers. You will need an FTP client. We suggest Filezilla, it is free and avilable for download in our downloads section.

Shared customers FTP information is in the email that was sent once your server was activated.

To access your ftp folder you will first need to find the login information:

1. Login to your Mossycobble Minecraft panel.
2. Click on your server to view your server information.
3. Navigate to the menu on the left and click 'Users'.
4. Here you will see a list of usernames find the username you use to login to the panel. The username will have a '.' (no quotes) and a number after it. To find this, click the server click 'users' and there will be a 'FTP access / FTP username' field. Assign the ftp access and note the special ftp username.
   

Now you have the username for your ftp folder use the following information in your ftp client software:

Dedicated customers use this information:

ftp IP: Use the IP or domain name supplied in your welcome email

ftp Username: the username you located above

ftp Password: The same password you use for the panel login
