First you will need the following program, download WinSCP and install it on your computer.

Next find your login information for WinSCP:

Host: Your IP address or domain name eg 197.203.95.244 or example.mossycobble.com

Username: root

Password: This is the same password you use to login to phpmyadmin this can be found in your welcome email that was sent when your server was activated.

Port: 22

Now you have the tools and information to do it.

Next download the version of bukkit you wish to install or make your own minecraft_server.jar with custom mods, rename your jar file to something fitting the mods or bukkit version that it contains e.g. BuildCraft.jar then download this file change the name of the file and the 2 lines within it name and source to the relevent filename of your jar file.

Upload both your jar file and the jar.conf file to this directory on your server /home/minecraft/multicraft/jar

Now if you have done everything correctly the new jar file should be selectable in your panel drop down box, select this and restart your server.
